We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help.
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before they are dispatched.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may still apply for a return after delivery by following our Return & Refund Policy.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after your cancellation request is approved.
